Affiliate Program Agreement

1. The program

This Agreement governs participation in the Vulny Affiliate Program (the “Program”) operated by Vulny SIA (“Vulny”, “we”). By creating an affiliate account you (“Affiliate”, “you”) accept these terms. The Program lets you earn commission for referring new paying customers to Vulny’s services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into this Agreement.
• The Program is open to individuals and businesses worldwide, except residents of listed offshore / non-cooperative jurisdictions.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account, country and tax details.

3. Referrals & attribution

• You receive a unique referral link. A referral is attributed when a new visitor follows your link and signs up within 60 days (cookie-based), then makes a paying purchase.
• Commission applies to subscription payments and one-time scan purchases made by referred customers.
• Self-referrals (purchasing through your own link) are not eligible.

4. Commission

• You earn 30% of the net revenue (amount paid, less payment-processing fees) of each referred purchase. On subscriptions this is recurring, for as long as the customer remains subscribed; on one-time scans it is paid once.
• Each commission is held for 30 days before it becomes payable, to cover refunds and chargebacks.
• If a referred payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is voided; if it was already paid out, the corresponding amount is reversed or deducted from future commissions (clawback).
• One-time scans carry a video-review refund offer: a customer who buys a one-time scan may receive a full refund in exchange for producing a promotional video. If such a refund is issued, the related affiliate commission is voided — or reversed if it was already paid out. By joining the Program you acknowledge and accept this: a refunded one-time scan earns no commission, even if it was previously credited to you.
• Commission rates and terms may be updated for future referrals on reasonable notice.

5. Payments

• Payouts are processed automatically via Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe onboarding (identity and bank verification) before any payout can be made.
• Payable commissions are transferred once your available balance reaches the minimum payout threshold (currently €50). Stripe then pays the funds to your bank account.
• All amounts are in EUR. Stripe may apply currency conversion for non-EUR bank accounts.

6. Taxes & self-billing

• You are solely responsible for all taxes, levies and reporting on commissions in your country of residence.
• You authorise Vulny to issue self-billed commission statements on your behalf where applicable.
• Businesses must provide a valid registration / VAT number.

7. Acceptable conduct

You must not:

• spam, send unsolicited messages, or use misleading or deceptive promotion;
• bid on Vulny trademarks in paid search, or impersonate Vulny;
• use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any artificial / fraudulent traffic;
• make false claims about Vulny’s products, pricing or guarantees;
• promote Vulny on sites with illegal, infringing or harmful content.

8. Suspension & termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account and withhold or reverse commissions for any breach of this Agreement, fraud, or abuse. Commissions earned in good faith and not subject to clawback remain payable on termination, subject to the payout threshold.

9. No partnership; no guarantee

Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship. We make no guarantee of any minimum earnings or traffic. The Program is provided “as is”.

10. Changes & governing law

We may amend this Agreement; continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Latvia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Latvia.
